THE STORY
At Nosara Hills, they’ve redefined “eco-friendly” by blending lush landscapes with a touch of administrative flair. Their 26-hectare “agricultural” haven is designed for those who appreciate nature—especially when it’s been thoughtfully cleared for panoramic views.
INVU Approval
Some say they took the “scenic route” by not obtaining the National Housing and Urban Planning Institute’s (INVU) blessing. They prefer to think of it as embracing spontaneity. “We didn’t know we needed INVU approval,” says developer Marion “Oops” Peri. “But hey, selling raw dirt parcels counts as agriculture, right?”
Forest Fables
Court files reveal one hectare of alleged deforestation—but the owner insists: “There were no trees, just hills!” (Google Earth begs to differ.)
Reforestation Efforts
In collaboration with SINAC, they pledged to plant 500 trees and even donated $250 to the local school. Because who says you can’t buy goodwill?
Water, Water… Nowhere
Despite promises of lush living, the project currently lacks an approved water concession (as of May 2025). But who needs water when you’ve got vision?
